In Skyrim food is pretty useless… A lot of the items are useless (like all the miscellaneous junk you find around the world- wooden plates, etc,)…it just adds to the believability that you’re “playing in a real world.” “It takes a big man to cry, but it takes a bigger man to laugh at that man.” Why is the food so useless in Skyrim?
Cooking destroys many harmful micro-organisms or germs in the food. It makes food more appetizing and palatable.
